Series M400 is fully automated packaging system that creates pouches from a roll of flat film, fills them with a precise volume of liquid or paste, and seals them in one continuous vertical process.

Features inclued servo film unwind, photo eye encoder, continuous and intermittent motion, .
Optional auto CIP, inket printer/TTO and date or batch coder in-built.

The Pillow Pack (PP) format is the most prominently used standard version.
Stand-Up Pouches (SUP), Gusset Pouches (GUP) & Four Side Seal Pouches for single serve use ar alsoavailable.
LLDPE and LDPE materials, Coextruded laminated materials with best optimized film thickness.
Fill volume varies from 120 ml, 200 ml, 500 ml, 750 ml and 1000 ml.
